DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

We ship worldwide - contact us If you’re unsure on specific country dispatch.

 

HOW IS THE ARTWORK SENT?

A4 & A3 prints are shipped using a sturdy cardboard backed A3 sized envelope, the print itself is kept cosy within a plastic sleeve, protecting it from dust particles and finger marks when being handled. While A2 & A1 prints are dispatched in a secure postal tube designed each particular size.

 

WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?

I do my best to have artwork shipped within two working days of receiving the initial order. Delivery depends on the artworks worldwide destination. For UK customers, your order should be with you within 4-7 days, while for international customers expect it to take 6-10 days before arrival. Usually things shouldn't take longer than 2 weeks from the day I notify you that your order has been shipped, but as always there can be exceptions.

 

ONCE SOLD OUT, ARE THEY GONE FOREVER?

Not necessarily, but we do work on the same ethos as when we started - Limited Edition, Original designs - We sometimes change colourways & bring back special editions.

 

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER DOESN’T ARRIVE?

If this unfortunately happens, e-mail tombgriffiths@gmail.com with your order number & the name you ordered under. We'll endeavour to resolve any issues asap!

 

WHAT DEFAULT CURRENCY ARE THE PRODUCTS CHARGED AT?

GBP (£) - We’re a British based business.

HOW WILL I KNOW WHEN A NEW PRINT IS RELEASED?

I update specifically about this on my Facebook, Instagram & Twitter.

 

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We sell to customers all over the world, so we've done our best to let you pay in your own currency. You can make payments via Visa, Mastercard, American express, Apple Pay & PayPal. If you are having any difficulties with making a payment please email tombgriffiths@gmail.com

 

WHAT HAPPENS IF I PRE ORDER?
If you have ordered Pre Order items with a release date, we will then reserve your total order until the release date. The total order will be processed by us on or before the day of the release.
All Pre Order items are not yet available and cannot be shipped until the advised delivery date, they must be paid in full to secure your order. 
Sizing is stated on the specific designs product page however not all Pre Orders can be the same size as other products on the website. 
The time frames of arrival provided on the Product Page are estimated via our suppliers and please know that these deliveries can be delayed or brought forward from time to time, but ensure that we will do our absolute best to make sure they come on time!
